Client Focused IT Support
IT Support Built for Small Businesses
TruTech IT Solutions provides managed IT services for small businesses that depend on technology but do not want to build a full internal IT department. We primarily support businesses with approximately 5–100 employees, while alos supporting larger organization when we’re a good fit. Helping keep users productive, systems maintained, Microsoft 365 managed, and security built into the way IT is operated.
Our approach combines responsive day-to-day support with proactive monitoring and maintenance. The goal is not just to fix problems when something breaks, but to reduce recurring issues and give your business a clearer, more reliable technology environment.
Fast Response
We typically begin working support tickets within minutes during business hours, so employees are not left wondering whether help is coming.
Proactive Management
Monitoring, maintenance and patching help identify and address issues before they become larger disruptions.
Security Built In
Endpoint protection, account security, email protection, monitoring and backup are integrated into the way we manage IT.
Clear Communication
We keep users informed while issues are being worked so they know what is happening and what to expect next.
What Are Managed IT Services?
Managed IT services give your business an ongoing IT team responsible for supporting employees, maintaining computers and servers, monitoring systems, managing security and helping prevent technology problems instead of only reacting after something breaks.
For a small business, that means there is a clear owner for day-to-day IT. Employees know where to go for help, systems are monitored and maintained, Microsoft 365 is managed consistently, backups are checked, and security is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.
Remote support during business hours for employee questions, application problems, computer issues and day-to-day technology needs. Onsite help is available when a problem requires someone physically present.
Continuous monitoring of computers and servers, routine maintenance, patching and issue detection to help reduce avoidable downtime and recurring problems.
Endpoint protection, email security, web filtering, account security, network monitoring and firewall protection are used together to reduce common business risks.
Cloud backup for critical systems and Microsoft 365 data helps protect the business when files are deleted, systems fail or a security incident occurs.
Who Is TruTech Managed IT Best For?
TruTech primarily works with small businesses with approximately 5–100 employees that rely on technology every day but do not need, or do not want to build, a full internal IT department.
Managed IT is especially useful when technology has become too important to handle informally or only call someone after something breaks.
- You have outgrown break/fix or one-person IT support
- Employees are frustrated by slow or inconsistent support
- Microsoft 365 is important to daily operations
- Security responsibilities are spread across multiple tools or vendors
- Nobody has clear ownership of backups, patching or system health
- Your business is growing, adding employees or opening locations
- You want predictable ongoing IT management rather than emergency repairs
Fast Support Matters When Employees Cannot Work
When an employee cannot work, waiting hours just to hear from IT is frustrating and expensive. TruTech typically begins working support tickets within about five minutes during normal business hours. That does not mean every issue is solved in five minutes—it means your request is acknowledged and work begins quickly, with communication throughout the process.

Switching IT Providers Doesn't Have to Be Difficult
If your current provider is slow to respond, difficult to communicate with, or no longer fits the business, changing providers can feel risky. A structured transition keeps the focus on continuity rather than disruption.
Typical Transition Process
- Coordinate the transfer of documentation, credentials and vendor information
- Review the network, computers, servers and Microsoft 365 environment
- Verify backup, security and administrative access
- Deploy TruTech monitoring and management tools
- Document systems, vendors and key configurations
- Introduce employees to the new support process

What size businesses does TruTech support?
TruTech primarily supports small businesses with approximately 5–100 employees. We can support larger environments when the technology needs and service expectations are a good fit.
What are your normal support hours?
Our managed support is provided during normal business hours. TruTech does not position its service as 24/7 help desk support.
Do you provide onsite IT support?
Yes. Most issues can be resolved remotely, which allows us to respond quickly. When a problem requires someone onsite, we provide onsite support in the service areas we cover.
Can TruTech take over from another IT provider?
Yes. We coordinate the transition of documentation, credentials, vendor information, monitoring, backup and security tools so the change is structured and disruption is minimized.
Do you manage Microsoft 365?
Yes. We support Microsoft 365 administration, users, licensing, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security and device-management needs for our managed clients.
Is cybersecurity included with managed IT?
Security is built into the way we manage IT. Depending on the environment, that can include endpoint protection, email security, web filtering, MFA, monitoring, firewall security and backup.
Do you support servers and networks?
Yes. TruTech monitors and supports business networks and Windows server environments as part of managed IT when those systems are present.
Do you provide backup?
Yes. Our managed approach includes backup options for servers and Microsoft 365 data, with monitoring so backup is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a set-it-and-forget-it task.
